When you run a box search, we log the search itself — the dimensions, filters, and keyword you entered, the number of results returned, and technical details including your IP address and browser user-agent string. We use this to understand which searches succeed or come up empty so we can improve our catalog and search results.

• Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply and follow up.
